Marc Hermsmeyer is a seasoned finance and operations executive with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning early-stage startups to global publicly traded companies. He specializes in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation for high-growth and mission-driven businesses.
Marc’s career includes serving as CFO for a global consumer products company and co-founding and selling a direct-to-consumer outdoor brand to a $1.6B public company. His expertise includes corporate restructuring, M&A, financial modeling, forecasting, systems implementation, and cross-functional team leadership. He has led enterprise-wide initiatives that delivered measurable EBITDA gains, accelerated reporting accuracy, and improved working capital cycles.
Marc holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego and has advised clients across industries, including retail, manufacturing, digital consulting, and venture capital.
