About Us

Marc is an accomplished business professional with years of experience providing leadership and direction in Business Operations, Finance, and Sales & Marketing for companies ranging in size from startups to large publicly traded organizations. 

A results-driven, entrepreneur by nature, Marc’s experience spans industries ranging from online media and internet, to manufacturing and engineering, to aerospace and defense, along with experience in venture capital, consumer products, professional services, and non-profit organizations, to name a few.  

Most recently, Marc was co-founder and Vice President of Finance & Operations for Ride Concepts, a global manufacturer and retailer of consumer sporting goods. In the spring of 2023, Marc helped broker the sale of Ride Concepts to Fox Factory Holdings (Nasdaq: FOXF), a $1.6B year industrial manufacturing and machinery company with a strong presence in the action sports and sporting goods space.

Marc is also active in the community, having served on the Boards of Directors of the Tahoe Truckee School of Music and Truckee Roundhouse, a non-profit maker space that supports the teaching, learning and practicing of arts in the Truckee-Tahoe Community.  

Marc has a Masters in Business Administration, from the University of California, San Diego, with a focus in Finance and Strategy.
